The Yukta Holidays division organizes local sightseeing tours, adventurous tours, Eco and Agro-tourism; catering to a wide target of audience. The company also caters to specialized school and college student's Educational Tours ( Industrial Visits / Excursions ) in India and abroad. Also we are intending to offer services related to Medical Tourism in INDIA.

Terms and Conditions :

Alternation of Itinerary -  Alterations to your itinerary before the booking are happily processed free of charge. When Alterations are made after making payment to service providers, all expenses incurred by Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd. in alteration of the booking of services are the responsibility of the customer. This includes all fees and charges levied by third parties such as hotels, airlines, cruise operators, tour package service provider, car rental service provider and Event facilities service Provider.

Travel Documentation - All clients must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas or permits or Service Vouchers issued by us while travelling out of INDIA, at the commencement of travel. To carry all these documentation is the sole responsibility of the client.
Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of foreign tourists coming to INDIA to obtain appropriate documentation like a valid passport and necessary visas.

Health Requirements Clients should take into account all Domestic as well as international travel risks and familiarize themselves with health requirements applicable to the areas they intend to visit. The client is solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited.

Luggage Allowance All excess baggage charges during travel are the sole responsibility of the client. Failure to follow the regulations regarding permitted baggage during travel may result in refusal by airport / Rail / Car / Coach / cruise staff to load your surplus baggage onto the carrier or it may result in additional luggage charges to be borne by the tourists

Insurance We at Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd highly recommend that you purchase full coverage Travel insurance / Event insurance from your country of origin. So as to minimize financial risks against any untoward incident. For Indian tourists we can include insurance coverage in your tour package / Events for additional cost of the same

Complaints , Claims and Arbitration Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd has provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your trip. In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour. For all claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to the clients, claim for compensation for any deficiency in service, the same shall be resolved by a sole Arbitrator to be nominated by the company. The arbitration shall be held in Mumbai, Maharashtra state, INDIA. The arbitration shall be governed by the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation act 1996.

Modification or Discontinuance of Service Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to modify or discontinue service to clients who behave illegally or objectionably toward its employees and agents. Offensive behavior includes behavior which is obscene, racially offensive or of a sexual nature.

Pricing of Tour Packages and Events Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to modify       ( increase ) the published cost on our website or brochures due to    increase in tariffs by hotels, transporters or Event service providers or due to the imposition of new taxes. After Check in, certain hotels charge a security deposit which is refundable on check out after deducting any expense borne by the clients. All tourists are liable to pay this deposit.  


Hotel Gradations The star status of Hotels published on our website or brochure may or may not be same as granted by the state / Central Tourism Board or any other Government authority authorized to do so. We publish star status of Hotels based on our evaluation of the service quality hotel offers and is commensurate to the pricing of the package.

Liability & Responsibility Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd provides tour information / Event organizing information in INDIA and ABROAD. Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd publishes travel information and services gathered from the selected quality hotels, air ticket agencies and tour companies & operators and Event facilities service providers . Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd will not be responsible for errors, emissions or inaccuracies in information provided by third party providers.

Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd reserve the right to change any information given on website or on brochure before or after your booking due to events beyond our control. In case we are aware of any changes, sufficiently in advance we will notify you at the time of booking. Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent or fraudulent, omissions, changes of itinerary, cancellation or the failure of any equipment operated by those suppliers or any other party not directly owned or controlled by Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd.

Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, alteration of itineraries or cancellation in part or in full, caused by climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd’s control. Neither Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.

Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd is not responsible for a client's failure to comply with customs regulations. Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd is not responsible for the theft or loss of any customer's valuables or items of personal property due to the negligence of the customer. Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to substitute hotels, flights, or cruise ships, to alter itineraries, or to cancel the tour prior to departure. If Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd has cancelled any tour prior to the commencement of the tour, Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd is liable for a full refund of the money received from the client.

Many of Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd tour packages include activities which require care and attention. Such activities include boarding and going ashore from boats, climbing hills and entering and exiting tombs and caves etc. You will receive help and advice from our representatives but all activities are undertaken at your own risk. Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd , its employees and agents cannot be held responsible for any action or event that occurs after its said employees and agents have exercised their duty and taken the necessary care.

REFUND POLICY ( Cancellations and Refunds) for B to C

We would deeply regret our clients decision to cancel their tour package/ Hotel / Car rentals / Event facilities booked through us , however we at Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd do agree that there can be many valid reasons that this happens. In the event of cancellation of above services , we will refund any payment made to Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd. less any cancellation fee that is applicable. We apply the same policy of cancellation of the concerned Hotel, Transport service provider, tour package service provider and Events Facility service Providers. Customers must request cancellation of services by written, fax or email before our Service offering begins and request to us regarding applicable refund only by hard copy. Any refund applicable will be issued to customers only after we receive the same from the concerned Hotel, Transport service provider, tour package service provider and Events Facility service Providers.  

Cancellation / Refund Policy for B2B Business

Unused Balance Clause :- "Any top-up payment / advance payment which is received from retailers / distributors deposit the advance payment to his retail account for, the retailer / distributor does not use the amount for goods & services and he wants his payment to return in this case after one month of deposit, retailer need to give refund request to us, once we will get refund request from the retailer, the balance amount will be refunded within 15 to 20 working days via same source".

Service Delivery Policy 

Once booking is finalized by client for Hotel, Flights, Cars rental, Tours, etc., we will immediately email the client service vouchers in 24 working Hours after getting final approval from our supplier. Those clients who need hard copy also, will courier the same at the earliest.
